Ingredients
1 box Chocolate Microwave Fudge Mix
½ cup butter, cubed
¼ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
1 pkg. (300 g) peanut butter chips
Instructions
Place Chocolate Microwave Fudge Mix in a microwaveable bowl. Over top add cubed butter, milk and vanilla. Microwave uncovered on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Beat until smooth. Add entire package of peanut butter chips and stir until barely mixed (the peanut butter chips should not be completely melted). Pour mixture into a buttered 8" x 8" pan (or line pan with wax paper). Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy.
